DAO

We at RODO, believe that in the next few years, the world will undergo a very serious transformation and a large part of companies, organizations, associations, foundations, government structures, political formations, and all kinds of social structures will turn to the Decentralized Autonomous Structure that the DAO offers. We strongly believe in a perfect autonomous and independent democracy, because the DAO gives us just that.

This is also the main reason why we are trying to get ahead of the times by restructuring our entire business model and turning it into a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), which gives equal rights to all investors in RODO, as well as in all our future projects.

Within the next few weeks, our entire business and all available collateral for it will be in the hands of a decentralized group management, and everything will be entirely dependent on the members of the community.

The Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) gives enormous management power to investors and bypasses all familiar capitalist structures, such as sole proprietorship, board of directors, administration, and so on.

In DAO, every single investor can take such a position when he works diligently for the development of the common good of the organization. And all income is divided proportionally (according to participation in the organization) among all full members.

In a DAO, any member can be expelled from the organization if the organization so chooses, and no one is the full owner of the organization’s assets. And every outgoing transaction is pre-agreed by the participants in the structure.

Another advantage of DAO is that every business idea is absolutely transparent and publicly available. There is no way around the rules and the well-known “trick” is absolutely impossible.

– To have at least 150 RODO

– To donate at least 5 RODO to the organization

– To receive collective approval (at least 60%) from the other members of the organization

Each member of the organization becomes an equal co-owner in it and receives benefits from all future profits of the organization, according to his percentage participation.

Each member of the organization can propose for voting reforms, investments, developments and everything else that can contribute development and additional profits to the organization.

Any member of the organization may propose for a vote the expulsion of another member from the organization.

Every member of the organization has the right to vote on every single issue affecting the organization.

Each member of the organization has the right to propose to vote that his shares be paid in order to be able to leave the organization.

Joining Steps:

1. You open https://app.daohaus.club/dao/0x1/0xefadfcb99106948c202216cc3fb11d03cd8801e8 , connecting the app to your wallet, signing the app.
2. Click on the “View Proposals” button
3. Once the page with the current vote opens, click on the “New Proposal” button in the upper left corner
4. From the menu that opens, click on the field “REQUEST SHARES FOR TOKENS”
5. In the first field “TITLE” enter the title of your proposal
6. In the “SHARES REQUESTED” field, enter how many shares in the organization you want to receive. 1 share = 1 RODO !!!

!!! Pay attention to this field because we will review the availability of the wallet you are voting with and will not approve requests that do not match the availability. The system will automatically reject any request to an address with availability less than 150 RODO !!!

7. In the “TRIBUTE OFFERED” field, write down the amount of RODO you are donating to the organization. The minimum donation is 5RODO and it is transferred to the bank of the organization. All requests without a donation go to the “SPAM” folder. Note that if you have exactly 150 RODO and donate 5 of them, your balance will drop to 145 and the system will not allow you to post your request!
8. You confirm the request and wait for approval. The system allows approval after the expiration of the voting period, which is 7 days.
